An overview of our listings and prices.

Dear guest. We try to maintain our prices on a fair level throughout the whole year. Therefore there is no price difference between summer and winter or high and low season.

Apartment in Bezau

Price per night: 64€ for up to 2 persons.
Short-term supplement for reservations under 4 days: 20€
Final cleaning in the amount of 35€ is not included.
The prices include in addition to the rent all other taxes, such as the local visitor's tax, electricity and water consumption.

Schäferhaus

Unfortunately the Schäferhaus is not for rent in winter.

Price per night: 64€ for 2 persons (Maximum: 4 persons).
Short-term supplement for reservations under 4 days: 30€
17€ for each additional person per night.

The prices include in addition to the rent all other taxes, such as the local visitor's tax, electricity, gas, wood and water consumption. If you leave the house in a clean condition, such as you encounter it at your arrival, you do not have to pay the final cleaning charges of 45€. Loss or damage to the property or content have to be paid in cash. For tenants who rent at least for one week bedlinen and towels are included.

Please note that the earliest possible arrival and the latest possible departure is at 12:00.
